Description
Barolo Marchese D’Azeglio is a light ruby-red wine with garnet reflections.
It is produced in the Serralunga region, by using only Nebbiolo grapes that grow facing south-east on calcareous and marly soils with a great amount of sand, rich in precious minerals.
The wine refinement wine lasts from 24 to 30 months in Slavonian oak barrels. On the other hand, the refinement in the bottle lasts 12 months. The result is a red colour with intense aromas, a persistent and structured taste.

Aroma: it offers a complex, elegant aroma with a pleasant spicy note accompanied by hints of green pepper and red berries.
Taste: it is strongly present on the palate, structured, austere, with elegant tannins and good persistence
Service temperature: Barolo Marchese D’Azeglio gives its best if served at a temperature of 18 °
Pairings: Barolo Marchese D’Azeglio is perfectly paired with red meat dishes, game and stew. It is also excellent to be accompany aged cheeses
